woke up this morning around 4AM sweating profusely. knew immediately our a/c was broken. i am guessing that it probably broke around 3:30 and by 3:45 I could subconsciously feel it and therefore woke up.
so. who knows how long it takes for a nice cool 72 degree home in houston to shoot up to a sticky balmy gross 93 degrees? i'll tell you how long. about 5 minutes.
i recognize that now is the time to reflect about how this is no big deal and one day without a/c is nothing, how many people in the world don't even have it, blah blah blah. sorry, i am not that girl today. today i choose to be a big whiner and pretty much say this totally sucks and if rufus the repair guy who just arrived (note the time y'all, 7:25PM) doesn't fix things soon, he better watch his back.
