on saturday we drove out to sheldon lakes for a little catch and release fishing. another perfect day and it always helps to have an expert fisherman (pop pop) on hand to do the dirty work--put the frozen cut up hot dog bait on the hooks and take the fish off after the kids caught them.
we had a little visitor while we were fishing. this guy was seriously right below us. he just stared us down and even ate a few of our bobbers.
i love carter's face on this picture. yikes. there's an alligator right behind me.
