pentecost
we read a bible story to eden before bed every night, and lately dan has been quizzing her on the details of each story. tonight, the story was about pentecost. the bible story explains that pentecost was a holiday when thousands traveled to jerusalem to celebrate. when dan asked eden what they went to jerusalem to do, she said, 'to buy donuts!'

Julie, what bible are you using? The Pentecost is a Christian holiday. Do you mean the Passover? :)
No wonder she said to buy donuts! (That is what Christians do on Sunday morning) :)
