the long haul

we have these sweet friends who came to visit us from dallas a few weekends ago. even though we don't get to see them very often, they are like family to us.  dan and jason went to law school together, and we've been laughing with him (and his lovely wife angie!) ever since. they have three beautiful children, and our own three are pretty enamored with them.  needless to say, we had a great little visit! don't you just love friendships that truly withstand time and distance? we feel blessed.
