my man carter turned four this week! he's been prepping for feb 12 all month, so he was ready when the big day arrived.  we made cupcakes for school.  he chose three friends (and their siblings:) to take bowling, and he chose spaghetti for his birthday meal. (i can't remember if i ever posted about how carter has some strong opinions about food, one of them being that if it were up to him we would eat spaghetti every other day.  and zbars on the other days)
