this conversation took place at about 6:18AM today. eden comes into our room and climbs in bed with me and proceeds to ask me the following:
'do fish sleep?' ( i think so?)
'do they close their eyes?' (not sure, i don't think they have eyelids but i could be wrong)
'what happens if we all run out of toilet paper?' (nothing good, that's for sure)
'is daddy going to sleep in a tent while he's in canada?' (i hope not)
'can we have ice cream for breakfast?' (no. well, that does sound kind of good...)
'it takes too long to say '7' on my clock, can you fix that?' (your clock is already set 20some minutes slow in my attempt to get you to stay in bed longer, so no.)
'is leah's baby still in her tummy?'(yes)
'how does leah's baby get out?' (hmmm........why don't you ask leah?)
'did God go camping with us?' (yes I guess he did, bless your sweet little heart)
'why did God make all those bugs?' (seriously, that is a good question, there were a lot)
'can we go to iowa today?' (i wish)
there were more, but i can't remember them. i'm not going to lie, there has been more than one morning where eden and i needed to google first thing in the AM to find out answers to some very important questions.

yes, the baby will be there ALL summer long. (need i remind myself) when summer is over the baby will arrive. thanks for the laugh, E.
remind me to tell you what Chapman said today...i can't post it here.
Yes Leah but you never answered the question? Very funny, I usually just scream "are you seriously going to wake me up?" Needless to say I'm not a morning person even if I have to be!
